Local Media HQ advertising purchases reserve the selected placement type in the selected publication, subject to availability and final date confirmation.

After checkout, our team will contact the purchaser using the email address provided with the order to confirm the publication date and collect the required materials.

A purchase does not guarantee a specific publication date until Local Media HQ confirms that date in writing.

Advertisers must provide complete and accurate materials by the deadline supplied by Local Media HQ. Late or incomplete materials may require rescheduling.

Local Media HQ may reject advertising that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, discriminatory, offensive, inconsistent with the publication, or otherwise unsuitable for our readers.

Advertisers represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted copy, images, logos, trademarks, and links.

Local Media HQ does not guarantee a specific number of opens, clicks, leads, sales, or other results.

Sponsored Newsletter Feature

Includes up to 100 words, one to five images, one logo, and one clickable link. Two or more images may be combined into a GIF when appropriate. Placement appears immediately after the publication's editorial introduction in one newsletter edition.

Newsletter Banner

Placement appears directly below the publication logo in one newsletter edition and includes one clickable link. The advertiser supplies ready-to-run artwork that meets the specifications supplied after checkout. Local Media HQ can provide banner design for an additional fee agreed to before design work begins.
