Refund policy

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before the publication date is confirmed in writing.

After the publication date is confirmed, cancellations made at least seven calendar days before the confirmed date may be converted to store credit for a future placement.

Orders canceled fewer than seven calendar days before the confirmed date are nonrefundable.

If Local Media HQ cannot run the purchased placement, the advertiser may choose a full refund or a mutually agreed replacement date.

Banner design fees are nonrefundable after design work begins.
